I liked the
post you did years ago about differences between palaeontology, archaeology and anthropology. I realise it's basics but I'm a simpleton and don't know much about it. I think it'd be interesting to read more about the overlap between those, probably mostly archaeology and palaeontology, from a practical side. Do they use similar equipment and techniques? How different archaeologist's and palaeontologist's excavation sites would look? Any funny stories from a site? Are there many projects where those branches meet? During studies to become either one of them do the students have vastly different courses?
Perhaps it's a bit chaotic but maybe there's an idea for a blog post somewhere there?
